The Situation
David & Berk had a problem many business owners don’t get lucky enough to have: They were expanding and needed to teach their first salesperson their brand. The real problem was they couldn’t agree on what that really was.
After 13 years of growth on the shoulders of both founders, the time had come to let others represent the brand to new prospects and grow the business.
They had a logo, and an 8 year old website.
What they didn’t have was a way to enable their new Director of Business Development to succeed.

We started with a Brand Appetizer strategy session.
It focused on listening deeply and uncovering what was already there but hard to articulate.
During the session:

- Identified what truly differentiated her work
