The Situation
New York State commissioned a brand audit across all 30+ child care referral agencies across the state. The findings were clear for the state but didn't provide was a roadmap for any individual organization to fix it.
Child Care Council of Suffolk came to us with a report that told them what was wrong and no direction on what to do next.

The Work
We started where we always start: with the people. Three working sessions to align leadership on mission, audience, and direction. Once the foundation was set, everything else followed.
Everything about the brand felt dated and stale: the logo, website, signage, and more. The organization was creating impact across the county but the brand didn’t reflect this at all.
